Hey there! I found your article very helpful to me. I’m debating between eating nonorganic or organic foods. I heard the bad effects of nonorganic foods to our body. I wanted to try organic foods but the problem is the price. After I read your article you gave me the information that I needed. Thank you for sharing this.

    • Robert ClackRobert Clack

Hey John, I am glad you are seriously considering organic foods. There is no question that commercial foods are toxic and the FDA is doing nothing to improve the chemical poisoning in these United States. Organic is an alternative to commercial farming and will help restore our depleted farmland.

As for our health, we have a choice of commercial food which is laden with petroleum by-products and worse… or a Certified growing system to choose from. This would improve the health of our soil and the produce referring here to vegetables. For meat to be Certified Organic it simply needs to be Antibiotic-Free. Grass-Fed beef if no Anti-Biotics would qualify. BYW a great choice if you are a meat eater.

Finally, these are the minimums. Many Organic farmers are much more diligent than the requirement and conversely commercial growing is in a word, CHEAP.

What a great article, thank you for sharing! Sometimes the idea of eating all organic foods seems daunting and expensive. I think that’s a common area of resistance for many people. A list like this is super helpful because it provides so many opportunities to eat organic without going broke. I also appreciate your tip about buying online or in bulk. I’m going to look into that to save time and money.
