Really liked your article. I have made a lifestyle change and it has changed my life forever. You hit home on many topics. Being vegan, I have noticed what process foods do to you. Funny thing is I used to work in a turkey food processing plant years ago. We used to get discounted processed turkey meat. Our freezer was full. We ate every bit of it. Can I say I had to change because my blood pressure was off the charts. I have control now. Great article and keep up the good info!
