It is so important for us to acknowledge there will be challenges ahead. Make a decision to look for the lesson  by Game planning for when the answer shows up. What this means is you are planning your life to live with the ups and downs. Accepting there will be a positive outcome. Choose to be fit with a lifestyle that assists you along all the paths put in front of you. Sounds like the Organic Lifestyle to me.

Challenges get dealt with and we get past them with positive repetition. Learn to avoid challenges that interfere with your Organic Lifestyle which in large part is your fitness. It is extremely important to deal with those particular events with positive strength. Accept the understanding that doing this is part of the Organic Lifestyle commitment. Trust the process and strength that God has given you.

Time to MOVE

It is time to get moving. Your plan is to exercise, it’s been one of those days, boss, clients, family and you are dog tired and sofa looks great. Big Decision. What do you do? Everyone gets faced with this and either do or don’t exercise under similar circumstances. What you do effects your long term plan for success, and in comes with a reminder from  Joe Friday. “Just  the facts, Mam.. Just the facts.” You know what you can do and you have to decide where this fits in the plan. You got this. You make the decision.

Missing a workout is not going to change the plan and direction you are going. What you learn from it is important. How you react is important. What your plan now is, is important. Whatever you decide is OK. This is a Marathon. Be extremely good to yourself. You are capable of much. Give yourself a break like you would give someone else that you had confidence in. This means that the animals are not given any synthetic hormones or antibiotics meant to speed their trip to the slaughterhouse as a result keep them from getting sick in their inhumane living conditions. When it comes to meat and eggs, you can look for small farms in your area, some of which may be able to sell you fresh meat and eggs directly from the farm. Make sure to ask them about how the animals are raised and whether they are fed any antibiotics or hormones.

That’s not to say you can never ever eat out again as long as you live. You can, but try to limit this to special occasions.

    I had a good day today, not to say there were no challenges. I did some exercises and tried to eat better today and drink more water. I am finding there are more nutrients in whole food from plant life therefore I will eat less because I have received the nutritional value that I need and no longer hungry. I need to remember to eat to live not live to eat!

      Glad that you had a good day. Your exercises, eating better, and hydrating yourself are good starts. If you are staying on Whole you will find yourself eating more in most cases. The good news is that you can eat more and lose weight. Whole foods are more nutrient dense with less calories.

    I find that if I focus on buying more whole foods and less processed stuff in packages, I can afford to buy all organic. Its the boxes of stuff that really adds up on the grocery bill.
