Yes, you will save money, most importantly you will be protecting your health, and as a result, stay on the plan.

Plan to eat regularly

It is very important to eat regularly and not be skipping meals. The effect which slows your metabolism and your body reacts by saving food. This then ends up a fat from your next meal. Even worse is that you are hungry and will have a tendency to overeat creating even more fat. Eat Organic healthy snacks as a meal replacement (preferred). If as a snack never more than 4-5 hours between breakfast & lunch and six hours time between Lunch and Dinner. Try to give your body a break and extend time between meals.

    Great tips there. I recently changed my eating habit to less processed food and more natural greens. It’s been tough getting fit when your work is sitting down in front of the PC most of the day. I must say I could do with drinking more water. I realize that lacking in water do cause fatigue easily.
