    Splendid list of organic whole plant foods that help with weight loss.

    I think it is amazing the vast majority of plant based foods are inherently rich in vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients and overall nutrition while having zero cholesterol, saturated fat or any of the nasty components animal based products have.

    My entire family (myself included) lost weight automatically by switching to organic weight loss foods and only got healthier with more vitality as we remained on that lifestyle.

    Your blog is what we need more of in a world of toxins, processed junk and mass animal agriculture. A real breath of fresh air – keep up the great work!

    I think that way too many people eat more junk food than healthy foods. It’s really important to get rid of junk food from our plate and add more of these foods you’ve mentioned. We can only become as good as what foods we actually eat. And it should be taken more seriously!

      Yes eating the right foods is very important. You are right on the money when you say we are only as good as the foods we eat. There is some leeway there but we are very close. I am sure you would agree we need to do better for our health otherwise it might fight back asking for more.

      Above all, we need to take it seriously. All of us only one body so we should treat it right.
