    Hi there,
Great article, I’ve found it fascinating!
I’ve heard that the more we advance in the age, the less our body produce testosterone. Is that right?
However, I didn’t know that all these foods regulate the testosterone production, especially the coffee. I was really surprised! Just a question about the coffee, please. Did you mean black coffee or Nescafe? Will it have the same effect if I drink it with milk?
Thank you for this excellent post!

    • Robert ClackRobert Clack

Hey Daniella… Thanks for the comment.. Yes, testosterone does not increase with age. As regards to the coffee you are correct if milk added it would dilute the effect, however milk (organic) is beneficial as well. The following link is a response to Nescafe, I would encourage you to read it (http://www.livestrong.com/article/478724-is-instant-coffee-bad-for-your-health/) due to the health concerns of instant. As you are probably aware anything instant will have adverse effects. I hope this helps and Thank YOU.
