    I did not know that walnut helps in improving digestion. it is really a good way to start your day. I really like the way you have emphasized on its importance and benefits since most of the times I want to take care of what I eat in the day and the nutritional value associated with the food.

    oh wow! I had no idea walnuts were so good for you.

    I’ll definitely be rethinking my choice of nuts from now on. Perhaps that is why walnuts cost a lot more than peanuts – the health benefits?
